These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Stein Home Renovations.

1. Services Offered

We provide home renovation services including but not limited to:

Consultations and project discussions
Written project estimates (quotes)
Full execution of approved renovation work

2. Project Quotes and Agreements

Each project will receive a written quote based on the agreed-upon scope of work.
No work will commence until the quote is signed by the client.
Changes to the project after approval may result in an updated quote and additional charges.
Verbal agreements are not binding unless documented in writing.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be stated in the written quote.
A deposit may be required prior to the start of work.
Remaining balance is due according to the agreed schedule or upon project completion.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure:

Access to the work site during scheduled hours
That any pre-project preparations (as discussed) are completed
That any structural or safety issues are disclosed in advance

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Either party may cancel a signed agreement prior to project start; however, costs incurred (e.g., materials ordered) may be non-refundable.
Once a project has started, partial refunds are at our sole discretion unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Warranties and Liability

We stand behind our workmanship and will address any reasonable issues within a set warranty period 1 year from project completion.
We are not liable for delays or damage caused by unforeseen events, including weather or supply chain issues.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the states of Montana and North Dakota, depending on where the project is located.
